GENERAL
By requesting a commission from me, means you agree with these terms of service.
The provider reserves the right to reject any project that includes or promotes any form of discrimination, hate speech, violence, harassment, or accusations that undermine the dignity of individuals or groups.PAYMENTS
Payments methods can be discussed, althought Paypal is recommended.
Work begins only after payment has been confirmed.
Additional requests may incur extra costs, which will be detailed and communicated if applicable.REVISIONS
The project has two rounds of revisions before final approval. A round of revision means the client can demand any amount of changes to be done to the material once is delivered, later, once the new material is delivered a new round of revision begins.
Revisions refer to adjustments to the material delivered, not complete changes (restarting the project) or new ideas. Additional rounds of revisions may incur an extra cost.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are agreed upon before work begins. Delays on the client's behalf in delivering material or feedback may affect the final delivery date. The final video will be delivered in a previously agreed-upon format and will be stored temporarily in a Google Drive file for the client's convenience. After approximately two months, the file will be deleted.USE
The material can be uploaded to your preferred platform.
Projects which portrait discriminatory, hateful, violent, or defamatory content will not be accepted.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Once the assignment is complete, the client obtains the rights to use the final video, both for broadcasting and monetization purposes.
The artist must be credited through a simple mention “Edited by Renzus” in the video description, a link to my profile is not necessary but welcomed.
The provider reserves the right to display the work for portfolio purposes.REFUNDS
No refunds can be issued once the work has started.
If the project is canceled before it starts, refunds can be issued.COMMUNICATION
Communication can be done through Discord, Email or VGen. Failure to respond by the client for revisions (1 week or more) may be considered an abandonment of the project, and the service will be terminated without recourse to claims or refunds.
WORKFLOW:
Once the payment has been processed, the workflow would be as follows:Gathering the footage: You could point me to certain vods and approximated time, or send me the direct clip file you'd like me to edit,Video idea: You can share with me the idea you'd like to communicate in the editing project, or you can leave it up to me.Additional material: If you'd like to add graphics like images of emotes or your vtuber model with certain expressions (still png images from your vtuber model)
Also, if you wish for a specific meme or sound effect to be present, don't forget to mention it :smile:Once all the material is ready, the turnaround for each clip would be of a maximum of 72hrs per 30 second clip, and 96hrs per 60 second clip.As soon as a clip is ready for revision, I'll send it to you where you can request any changes you want to be done, such as font type, color, size, animation timing, sound effects use or music.
We can do an extra revision round if something needs to be fine tuning to your liking.Once approved, the final file will be uploaded into a google drive for you to download, I'll keep the file online for a couple of months, you could ask me about it later if you miss the file in any case.You can always message on discord or send me an email if you have any questions or requests, keep in mind my timezone is UTC-5.
